From teaching SEO writing classes to monthly query clinics, Tara Lynne helps North Carolina writers who want to get published. She provides critiques, structural analysis and proofreading. In-person, pen-to-paper and virtual options available. Tara Lynne has received scholarships and writing awards and now teaches writing classes in North Carolina.
Triangle Writers is a collection of authors in the Raleigh-Durham area who meet several times each month to critique their short stories, novels and memoirs. Tara Lynne is the organizer of Triangle Writers. Triangle Writers is free to join and critique sessions meet at no charge. Workshops and query clinics have fees noted. Living Poetry: Raleigh's Largest Poetry Group
She is also Co-Organizer of Living Poetry, North Carolina's largest group of poets in the greater Raleigh area. The Raleigh poetry group is free to join and events include open mics, workshops, a book club, and an annual poetry contest.
In 2010 Tara Lynne organized Raleigh's first-ever Poetry on Demand Booth at poetrySPARK. Over 125 poems were written based on spontaneous public prompts in under 3 minutes each. In 2011, one of her poems inspired a marriage proposal. In 2012, the couple returned to have their marriage ceremony at the fest.
