I provide in-line comments and a separate written statement that includes feedback on applicant tracking system (ATS) readability, LinkedIn's unique search algorithms, content strategy, AI screeners, formatting and presentation. Use the critique to identify potential revisions that you can make to your career assets. No consultation time included.
Option 2 | Collaborative consultation (1-hour Zoom call) or coaching package (5 1-hour Zoom calls)

I use my journalism background to conduct a custom discovery interview and learn about your important accomplishments. With the interview as a foundation, I then craft descriptions and quantify your contributions. I also educate you about how online resumes work to make them search engine-friendly. This includes a pre-interview document review, 1-hour Zoom discovery interview,
initial draft development, plus 1 round of revisions (if needed).

When it comes to resume writing fees, the cost is really an investment. Monetarily, market rates range from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars, and my own fees vary based on the service chosen and rush needs.
